About Me

I was born and raised in Lindsay, Ontario
where I now have my massage therapy
practice.  My interest in health and anatomy
began when I gained interest in physical  
fitness as a teenager.  In addition to
keeping physically active, I enjoy reading,
crafts, music, spending time with my family,
friends, and my dog.  

I graduated with honours from the three
year long massage therapy program at Sir
Sandford Fleming College.  I am a member of
the Ontario Massage Therapist Association
(OMTA) and as a Registered Massage
Therapist, I hold a certificate of registration
with the College of Massage Therapists of
Ontario (CMTO).
