Massage Therapy
It is important to me that my clients are happy with the treatment they receive from me. I know
sometimes therapists develop their own treatment "style" but I am flexible. I recognize that
different people have different needs and that an individual's needs can vary from one
appointment to the next. I will take a moment before your massage begins to find out what your
goals for treatment are for that session. I like to keep the atmosphere relaxing with a dimmed
down light and soft music. My table has a tilting adjustable head rest to keep your neck in a
comfortable position, I have pillows for your comfort, and additional blankets if you request.
Sometimes I incorporate my Thermophore (moist heat heating pad) into the treatment for
soothing warmth and the added therapeutic benefits of heat. All of my oils and lotions are non-
scented. The amount of pressure I apply during a treatment can be adjusted to your preference. I
want you to enjoy the massage therapy experience and be satisfied with the effectiveness of the
treatment.
The following lists the appointment lengths that I offer and my rates (HST included). I have
included a little blurb under each option as a general guideline to follow if you are unsure how
long of an appointment you would like/should have.
1/2 Hour:
Appropriate for 1 or 2 smaller areas of primary complaint (ie. neck and shoulders) and for people
who have difficulty fitting massage therapy into their schedules.................................................$46.00
45 Minutes:
A good choice for those who have 1-3 areas of primary complaint depending on how large of an
area and how tight your muscles are. Also a good option if you've had the 1/2 hour appointment
and felt like the time went just too darn fast! This option gives you that few extra minutes of
relaxation.................................................................................................................................................$57.00
Full Hour:
The most popular choice. Great for a full body relaxation massage or chronic back pain
treatment for example...........................................................................................................................$73.00
1.5 Hours:
Ultimate full body relaxation massage. If you are extra stressed, this is the way to go........$105.00
